1. Delivery Charges

UK Mainland: Pallet delivery £60 (if under minimum carriage paid).
Surcharges apply for certain postcodes (see the table below).
Parcel deliveries available for smaller orders, charged by volume/weight.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only; while we aim to meet them, delays may occur.

3. Payment Terms

First orders are on pro forma payment.
Trade accounts may be granted upon approval.
Credit terms (if offered) are 30 days from invoice date.
Goods remain the property of Lila Rasa until full payment is received.
Late payment may result in suspended deliveries and recovery of costs.

4. Faults, Damages & Returns

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to trade@lilarasa.co.
Returns (non-faulty items) must be requested within 7 days, subject to approval.
Goods must be in original packaging and resaleable condition.
Return carriage is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns or disputes do not entitle customers to withhold payment.

5. Ordering

Orders should be placed via email: trade@lilarasa.co. An order confirmation and estimated delivery date will be provided.
